They say that the first step is admitting you have a problem. So here goes…ahem…I love chips. No, you don’t understand, I looooooove chips. Food in general can be hard to turn down when it’s yummy but it is possible….unless you are talking about chips. Any kind of chips will do. I am a serious salty snack junky and chips are so crunchy and salty and easy to grab and tasty, ugh, you see the problem?
My other vice lately has been candy. I try to justify it by getting the low or fat free kind like gum drops (yum!) but I know they are just adding sugar and sugar turns to fat. It’s a daily battle and truthfully, I haven’t been putting out the level of effort that I need to be in order to get my body back where I want it to be.
So, in an attempt to make a real, hardcore change, I have decided to keep a daily fitness journal on here to keep track of my progress or lack of.
Entry 1:
today I weigh ***.*lbs (seriously, did you think I was going to put that on the internet?)
My workout today was a bike ride that was approximately 1.5miles (short because it was mega windy outside) and a home workout that was about 25mins long with a DVD
Food wise, I had cereal for breakfast (perhaps a little too much though) and for lunch I had chips and dip with some ham (not too bad but could’ve been better) and dinner was chicken chili nachos (yeah, I know…this is why I need help)
