Fitness Journal – day 2

Day 2 – not much happened. Mega sore from yesterday and tired from staying up most of the night with the cats. Ebony and Jack are sweet cats but if I had had a sling shot…it was a long night. At least I had a water bottle to shoot them with.

Breakfast – oatmeal
Snack – dry cereal
Lunch – ham and cheese and yogurt
Dinner – smokehouse chicken, mashed potatoes and cinnamon apples

Going to do some stretching before bed to help with the soreness.
