Fitness Journal – day 4

YAY!! I did much better today!!

I got up and did 25mins of yoga and then this afternoon I managed to get through all 3 sections of the DVD for a total of 30 killer minutes!! I almost didn’t do the DVD because I was tired and had already done the yoga so I thought that could justify skipping but I know that’s why I’m fat so I didn’t and that feels good 🙂

Breakfast – cereal

Lunch – leftover chicken, mashed potato and salad

Dinner – crunchy taco and nachos from taco bell (I know, but there was no other option)

snack – small bowl of frozen yogurt

Gonna be sore tomorrow but I’m so happy about it 🙂 🙂 🙂
