It’s Monday! I have decided to weigh myself and report on it here once a week on Mondays. So this morning, a very scared Holly climbed onto the scale and crossed her fingers…drum roll…and I weighed in at ***.*lbs for a total loss of 3.5lbs!!!!! WOOHOOO!!!

So here’s today’s report –
Michael was off work for Presidents Day so it was a little tempting to skip working out and be lazy together. But knowing that I have to admit laziness on here and that he has a 5k coming up, we just had to get off our duffs and get moving. I rode my bike and he ran (not quite sure how far…prob about 2miles) and then we hit the gym. Michael continued running on the treadmill while I hit the weight machines. Over all I think it was an excellent workout and I am really proud of us for sticking it out and getting it done.
breakfast was cereal, lunch was leftover baked potato w/ some sliced ham, and dinner was salad and nachos
