Well, I think that partnering up with my dad has really made a difference for me in the faithfulness department. Last week was my most successful in a long time with 4 trips to the gym each lasting at least 30mins! The goal is 5 but 4 is not too bad for my horrible track record.
I am completely inspired to make it to all 5 this week. Today is Monday and instead of going to the gym, I took the dogs on a really long walk instead. It wore all three of us out but poor, fat Cupid needs to lose some weight too. He is only supposed to weigh 35-40lbs and right now he weighs 55lbs. I am going down to the gym later tonight to do some weights on my upper body if I can.
Side note – Props to my hubby for running this morning and getting ready for his 2nd 5k on May 1st!!
