Remember when I said that being tired and turning to food for energy was my greatest weakness?
The baby is teething.
We’re talking molars and eye teeth.
At. The. Same. Time.
Sigh.
I decided to just have a moment and quit altogether in an attempt to get it out of my system so I can refocus. So tonight I indulged in pizza, chips, and a candy cane. Now, I have a stomach ache and I’m totally feeling guilty about it. Back on the wagon tomorrow though, and hopefully this time I will last a little while longer before I slip up again.
The plan for tomorrow is Trim Shake for breakfast (loving those!), a salad for lunch, and something that I have yet to come up with for dinner but I promise, it will be lean and healthy. Any idea’s on some super tasty but very lean and grain-free dinners? Help a girl out!
