Fitness Journal – days 8 & 9

Day 8 was a pretty good day but I was really really sore and tired so I did my 25mins of yoga in the morning and continued stretching throughout the day. No workout though, way too tired.
Breakfast – Cereal
Lunch – Chicken/yellow rice, and creamed spinach
Dinner – Meatballs in red sauce, Mashed potatoes, and brocolie

Day 9 was a little more productive as far as workouts go. I did 25mins of yoga in the morning, a long bike ride and Gym for the arms in the afternoon, and stretching before bed. Not bad, huh? 🙂
Breakfast – Oatmeal
Lunch – leftover meatball and mashed potato
Dinner – more leftovers from last night

SIDENOTE: I have been measuring myself once a week and according to that, I’ve lost a total of 3 1/2 inches!! not much when you think of it spread out across my body but still, better than gaining!

  1. Thats great Holly! I am very proud of you!! I have been REALLY working on what I eat. Slow, but sure for me to make the changes I need.
