Day – 10
Today was my rest day and I was really thankful for that because I was super tired. Staying up late watching the Olympics is totally worth it but I need more sleep!!! Sidenote: I did try to do yoga in the morning but the poses required a mat this time and I am mat-less. So after slipping like 5 times, I gave up.
Day – 11
Today should’ve been a workout day but I was pretty busy and too tired to go again. I did try to make smart decisions though like oatmeal for breakfast, salad for lunch, and when a friend brought ice cream over, I only had one small scoop (so as not to be rude), then dinner was another salad.
Note to self: need more sleep and more faithful trips to the gym!
