Well, I think I’ve almost recovered from the lackadaisical week I had last week but I know there could’ve been even more improvement if I had tried harder. I started out strong on Monday with a rollerblading and it seemed to be a good workout so I went again the next day and took the dogs. Bad idea. It was more sledding than skating and, thanks to Cupid (the overweight beagle) I took a pretty bad fall too. That took me out of the game for the next two days because I was so very sore. Oh well, I tried.
My eating was MUCH better this week than last week. So I am pretty pleased with that. More protein and all whole foods, no fast food, and very little snacking made for a pretty happy me. Next week I am going to continue on the whole foods only and add in more workouts and hopefully I will have even better things to report. Until then, Goodnight!!
