I used to post about something almost everyday but lately I’ve been slacking…so I feel like I should write something…but what?
Wow, I’m having trouble coming up with anything…is my life really this boring?
Hmmm….
Yeah I guess it is.
Well, I guess I could update you on my life in general. There have been some changes in the Herchen household already this year and more are on their way. Michael got a new job that he loves so I think that is the biggest one so far. It’s amazing how a job change can affect your life so much. We are very thankful for the last job he had and it was a blessing that allowed us to pay off our credit card (go dave!) but it was a very stressful job. The new one is much more enjoyable for Michael and challenging at the same time.
Another change is that Michael has taken up running again but this time more seriously. He completed his first ever 5k (the Gasparilla) and is training to do another one soon! I’m so proud of him!
As far as my life goes, I guess not much has changed that much so far but I did place second in the Strawberry Festival for my beading so that was exciting. I am thinking of starting my own jewelry design business. Nothing huge but it will be something both fun and hopefully successful.
The next big change will be a move. Our lease is up here and we have about 3 months to figure out renting vs buying and also what area we want to be in. Right now the two biggest contenders are New Tampa and Brandon.
So anyways, there you have it. An official update on our lives. Pretty dull huh? 🙂
