Fitness Journal – week 4

It’s not Friday. There is a reason why it took me 3 extra days to get this done. The reason being….I didn’t want to do it. I have totally slacked this past week in a very big way. There has been limited yoga time, some walking at a couple events we went to, and some stretching but that’s about all. Nope, not proud of it at all. I have 2 additional pounds to show for the lack of working out and the cheetos incident that is just too painful to talk about publicly.

Ugh, this is harder than I thought.

But from the ashes of this tragedy we will rise to the dawning of a new era, in which lion and hyena will join together for a great and glorious futur…what? oh, sorry. I was channeling my inner Scar there for a minute. I’m back now. Basically, I am determined to put my behind in my past (there goes some Pumba, why am I all obsessed with Lion King today?) and get on with getting healthy.

This week started out a little better with some rollerblading and all-natural grocery shopping so I look forward to a better update this Friday. Talk to ya then!
